At Bench 1775, we make some of the best Okanagan white wines and rosé wines. We have Chill, our custom white blend; our crisp Pinot Gris, both refreshing and easy drinking. Looking for something complex and expressive? Try our off-dry Riesling. Our post-modern style Chardonnay white wine is sweet and offers more fruit characteristics than old-world oaked chardonnay. You can also dip into our different pink wine varieties like our Glow Rosé and White Merlot. Unlike reds, which thrive in room temperature environments, the flavour profile of white wines is enhanced by cooler serving temperatures.
