Our 2021 Gewurztraminer is sourced from four of our Okanagan Valley vineyards: Willow Creek (37%), “This is It” (24%), Parsons Vineyard (17%), and our estate vineyard (22%). Harvested between early and mid-October, each parcel was processed and fermented separately before blending. This wine offers classic Gewurztraminer aromas of lychee, rose water, citrus, guava, and cantaloupe. Medium-bodied with flavors of melon, citrus, lychee, and a spicy finish. Pairs well with BBQ duck bao buns, lamb and apricot tagine, mapo tofu, curries, spicy Asian dishes, and cheeses like Gouda, Stilton, Gorgonzola, and Gruyere.
