Inspired by Spain, this distinctive full-bodied varietal is uniquely expressed in our east facing Osoyoos vineyard. The nose is filled with an abundance of dried fruit—dried figs, cherries, currants and sweet dates. These aromas are echoed on the palate along with dill, clove, cherry and cocoa. Pair this full-bodied wine with beef carpaccio, chorizo and peppers, or grilled eggplant with richly spiced tomato ragout.
