Made from 100% Naramata Pinot Noir grapes, hand-harvested and gently pressed for 5 hours. The resulting juice underwent a 12-day fermentation in stainless steel, followed by 5 months of aging in tanks. This wine showcases the flavors of strawberries and cream, along with notes of cherry and dried herbs.
