The 2023 Pinot Gris was hand-harvested from our Parsons Vineyard in Okanagan Falls and our estate vineyard in Penticton. The distinct climates of these two sites contributed to a range of expressive fruit characteristics. Each lot was fermented separately, then artfully blended to create a medium-bodied wine with floral aromas and flavors of ripe apricot, nectarine, pear, and citrus.
Vibrant and refreshing, this Pinot Gris pairs beautifully with prosciutto e melon, cedar-plank salmon, porchetta, moules frites, sushi, sashimi, and soft cheeses such as burrata, gruyère, and brie.
