Harvested at an exceptional 36° Brix on February 3, 2023, from our estate vineyard, this icewine gleams with a brilliant golden hue. Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus zest, and delicate honey lift from the glass. The palate is rich and lusciously sweet, layered with pineapple, passionfruit, and candied apricot, all beautifully balanced by vibrant acidity. A silky texture carries through to a long, refreshing, and elegant finish.
