Best paired with shellfish, light fish, cold pasta, sharp cheeses and tarragon-accented food. Serve chilled to 10 °C.

I first sampled this wine at the Bench 1775 winery this summer (2016). I immediately loved it. I didn't hesitate before buying a bottle. I visited roughly 17 wineries over the weekend and nothing compared to this wine. I am not from the Naramata bench and have had my eyes open in liquor stores ever since to get ahold of this wine again. I also always make sure to pick up a bottle or two when I'm passing by Penticton. It has a delicious honey taste to it that is irresistible! It's my little liquid gold!
