Paradise Ranch Icewines

Paradise Ranch wines are born of cold and wind. Fruit that was carefully grown over the hot summer months are left to hang and concentrate as they raison on the vines. At very cold temperatures, below – 8 °C, the fruit is picked and while frozen, pressed to yield very small quantities of intensely sweet and concentrated juice that naturally ferments into icewine. With a long historical legacy of excellence, Paradise Ranch wines are a true celebration of the harvest- the year of growth painstakingly picked and pressed to yield beautiful gems of icewine bottles  enjoyed anytime of the year.
