2022 Bench 1775 Chill is a vibrant and focused blend of 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Orange Muscat. The Orange Muscat, typically the first varietal harvested, imparts a delicate yet unmistakable fragrance of orange blossom as it ripens in the vineyard—a signal that it’s time to pick. A small amount of Orange Muscat adds a subtle, aromatic touch to the blend, complementing the Sauvignon Blanc’s lively acidity and depth without adding sweetness.
