This is the first single vineyard Pinot Noir from Bench 1775. Produced from our estate vineyard located next to our crush pad. Minimal winemaking took place as we believe in our fruit speaking for itself. Fermented on skins for 4 weeks, with daily punch downs, the fruit was then pressed, racked into 30% French oak for 12 months.This wine displays classic Pinot Noir notes of cherry, strawberry and currants with oak characters of vanilla and light toastiness.
