2021 Sparkling Pinot Noir

The 2021 Sparkling Pinot Noir was produced using fruit from our “This is It” Vineyard along Naramata Road. Picked at lower brix to retain acidity, the fruit was whole cluster pressed into stainless steel tanks, where the juice was fermented to dryness. The wine was left sur lie for 10 months in tank before being racked. The wine was filtered and transferred to a charmat tank (to add the pressure) followed by canning. Think of this wine as “Okanagan Prosecco”

The wine has aromatics of strawberry, cherry and stone fruit notes. The palate is fresh, crisp and dry with an abundance of strawberry and cherry candy on the palate.

Enjoy this wine with fish tacos, prosciutto e melon, bagel and lox, gyoza and sushi, pad thai, caviar, fresh or deep fried oysters and strawberry/raspberry cheesecake.

Each can is 250ml.
