Zweigelt is an Austrian hybrid grape; a cross of St.Laurent and Blaufränkisch. The Zweigelt was sourced from our vineyard in Cawston, soaked on skins for 5 hours before being pressed off to a stainless steel tank, and underwent fermentation for 12 days.

The Zweigelt Rosé has wildflower and herbal notes combined with grapefruit and pomegranate. The wine is fresh and crisp with flavors of strawberry, citrus rind, herbal notes.
