The 2019 Glow was produced from 100% Malbec grown in Osoyoos. Picked at low brix to retain natural acidity, to create a fresh/bright palate. The 2019 Glow has aromas of pear, lapin cherries, strawberry and vegetal character of strawberry leaf. The palate has notes of cherry candy, rhubarb which lingers with bright acidity.
Pair this Rose with bagel with lox, Pizza, fish tacos, Pulled pork sandwich or cheeses like feta, cheddar or mascarpone.

Tasting Notes
Made from Malbec, with small amounts of Chardonnay, Syrah and Pinot Noir, our Glow Rosé is complex and layered with bright flavours of Lapin cherry and wild strawberries. A long finish with slightly resinous tannins gives this wine a very grown up style.
