The 2016 Teroldego has wild, snappy acid core characteristics that click at the tongue. Mixed with it the fruity character, it gives you a fierce rounding touch on the palate.
Hailing from Northern Italy this variety makes up less than 2 acres of wine grape plantings in BC. Tolerant of cool conditions, the fruit for this wine was grown on Skaha bluffs on a site that has a long extended growing season. The resulting 2016 Teroldego red wine is bright with spicy notes, dark plum and rich tannins that rev up on the finish.
Our 2016 Teroldego red wine is brilliant with food, especially rich roast dishes of meat or vegetables.
