This rare wine is made from pinot noir picked from the Naramata Bench. Rich flavours of concentrated strawberry jam, dried raspberries, lemon peel and creamy flan give this wine layers of complexity. Balanced with bright acidity, this wine is best paired with fatty foods like ripe cheese, fois gras, or raspberry cheesecake.
