In the summer of 2013, these grapes ripened to perfection under the hot summer sun. The grapes remained on the vine through autumn to allow their sweetness and varietal flavour to intensify. They were hand-picked as the Canadian winter started to settle over the Okanagan Valley. The nectar was then skillfully vinted to produce the exceptional Late Harvest Wine you are about to experience.
Food Pairing Notes
To be enjoyed on its own as a liquid dessert or as an aperitif. It is important to remember that when pairing dessert wines to food, the dessert should not be sweeter than the wine or the wine will appear drier than it actually is, thereby losing the luscious sweet taste that is so characteristic of a dessert wine.
